イケメン騎手の定義
イケメンとは、「いけてるメンズ」の略で、顔が整っている男性や魅力的な男性に対して使われる言葉です。
ここでは、女性競馬ファンの間で人気の騎手を紹介します。
ルックスの良さに加え、危険と隣り合わせで騎乗する凛々しい表情やインタビューで見せる柔らかな表情に魅了された女性競馬ファンが選んだイケメンたちです。

丸山 元気（まるやま げんき）
祖父と父が地方競馬の調教師と騎手で、小さな頃から馬が近くにいたと話す丸山騎手は、誰もが納得する正統派のイケメンです。

2009年3月1日、中山競馬第3競走でデビュー。同年7月11日、札幌競馬第2競走で8番人気オンザスローンに騎乗し、80戦目で初勝利を挙げました。
同期ではもっとも遅い初勝利でしたが、同年は8勝を挙げ民放競馬記者クラブ賞を受賞しています。
2022年9月17日の中山6Ｒをオンマガトオルで1着となり、JRA通算600勝を達成しました。

2003年に美浦・柴田政人厩舎所属で騎手としてデビューし、同年に25勝を挙げて関東新人騎手賞を受賞。
2012年4月29日、第145回天皇賞をビートブラックで勝利し、初のGIタイトルを獲得。
2020年10月25日には、JRA通算11,000回騎乗を達成し、史上36人目であり、現役23人目の快挙です。

黛 弘人（まゆずみ ひろと

甘いマスクからは騎手には見えない感じですが、黛騎手の父親も祖父も騎手という家系に生まれました。
黛騎手は父親である黛幸弘騎手が騎乗する姿を見て、騎手を目指したそうです。
2015年1月12日、フェアリーステークスでノットフォーマルに騎乗し1着となり、デビュー10年目にして重賞初制覇。
父である幸弘の調教担当馬で、親子でつかんだ念願の重賞タイトルとなりました。
また、黛騎手は松岡正海騎手らと一緒にノビーズというロックバンドを結成して、2008年の有馬記念当日にトーク＆ライブなども行っています。

2022年7月31日に新潟競馬場で行われたアイビスサマーダッシュをビリーバーに騎乗して勝利し、デビュー12年目にして自身初の重賞制覇となりました。

乃木坂46ファンで、推しメンバーは白石麻衣さんだそうです。

1996年栗東・岩元市三厩舎所属騎手としてデビュー、3月にエスティートップで初勝利。
2016年5月8日の京都競馬にて、中央競馬史上30人目の通算1000勝を達成しました。
和田騎手は、100勝するごとに京都府京丹後市の児童養護施設への寄付活動を続けている篤志家で、心もイケメンですよね。

クリスチャン・デムーロ騎手は、ミルコ・デムーロ騎手の弟で、さわやかなイケメン。
兄ミルコだけでなく、父も姉も元騎手という競馬一家に育ち、クリスチャン・デムーロ騎手は12歳から乗馬を始めました。
デビューは16歳だった2009年5月6日で、その翌日に初勝利。
2012年にJRA短期免許を取得し、初日に2勝を挙げ、1月29日の京都牝馬ステークスではドナウブルーに騎乗して来日初重賞勝利を挙げました。
2022年12月29日 、「たくさんの応援、ありがとうございました」という感謝の言葉を残して、帰国。

ライル・ヒューイットソン騎手は、日本来日のきっかけについて「思い出深い馬はモーリスで、昨年の香港での日本馬の活躍をみて日本に行きたくなりました」と答えています。
2020年に短期免許期間が終了したため、帰国しましたが、再来日が待ち遠しいです。

1番稼げるスポーツと言われているプロ野球選手の平均年収は約4500万円です。
しかし、この数値は年俸1億円超えの1割のスター選手によって引き上げられたもので、2軍以下の選手に絞ると、平均年俸は約850万円に下がります。
では、騎手の平均年収はどのくらいなのでしょうか？

騎手の年収は、人により異なります。

騎手に必要な資質の1つとして、自己管理力が挙げられます。
自分の体重を一定に保ち、最良の状態でレースに臨めるように、自己管理する能力です。
このことから、結婚相手に必要な能力は、食事などの栄養を管理できる能力が求められるでしょう。
健康面だけでなく、精神的なサポートも重要になります。
常に相手を気遣える優しい心の持ち主なら、騎手と結婚するために必要な能力があるといえるでしょう。
